Leach Pottery - John Leach: 65 Years a Potter

Leach Pottery - John Leach: 65 Years a Potter

Entrance Gallery - July 17th to September 26th 2021

John Leach, the grandson of Bernard was born at the Leach Pottery in 1939 and trained at the pottery in the early 1960s before establishing his own pottery at Muchelney on the Somerset Levels in 1965 where he remains today.

The exhibition includes both individual pots made by John and a selection of his Muchelney kitchenware.

I visited the exhibition in early August after a number of pots had already found new homes.
